These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws governing United Science Alliance. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of United Science Alliance, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
